Award Nominations Deadline Is April 30, 2026.
Criteria for Nominating a Member:

All nominees must be current members of MBAF.

Must originate and have an office in the state of Florida.

Minimum Production is $15 Million or minimum of 50 units.

70% Minimum Purchase Business (Commercial Loan and HELOC not applicable).

Manager certification of production numbers.

Active NMLS license.

Phoenix Award Nominees can register for a one-day pass to attend the Conference & Convention for $100.
