About Our Association
The Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida is a trade organization composed of loan origination companies, servicing companies, and affiliated industry service providers. We have been serving Florida’s mortgage and housing industry since 1952. Our members adhere to a canon of ethics that calls for the use of sound and ethical business practices.
The Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida is dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the Mortgage Banking Industry through a proactive relationship with Federal and State legislators, industry agencies, and other housing trade organizations. Our members are kept informed about changes in mortgage laws and pending legislation. Our standing committees provide seminars, meetings, and general information for the purpose of education for our members and the public.

Dear MBA Florida Members and Industry Friends.
I’m honored to serve the Mortgage Bankers Association of Florida as your 2025-2026 president, and I am proud to lead an organization whose purpose is to serve. The MBA of Florida is not just a trade association. We are a community of professionals from every corner of the mortgage lending world who come together to protect and promote the future of our industry. We don’t just represent the mortgage lending industry in Florida, we help lead it. As your president, I am committed to ensuring we continue to grow, innovate and advocate together.
With interest rates fluctuating, regulatory environments shifting and consumer expectations growing, it’s more important than ever that we strengthen and increase our membership to stay connected, informed and proactive. Membership is not just a badge, it’s an investment in our profession. When you become a member of the MBA of Florida, you are joining a network that champions education, fosters professional development, and offers a unified voice in legislative and regulatory matters. Together, we can address challenges more effectively, stay ahead of industry changes, and raise the standard for professionalism across the board.
With the everchanging lending environment we have experienced to date and will continue to experience, staying stagnant is not an option. As an association we have made positive improvements and changes to the way we operate in the last couple years and will continue to adapt to ensure we are meeting our members where they are and providing the support they need. Your board is hard at work looking for additional educational opportunities, future leader programs, more communication to keep you better informed and new ways to bring additional value to our members.
